The Method

After years of trying different types of fitness it became apparent to me that not all exercise is created equal. Through a fusion of training used by celebrity trainers, pilates and dance techniques Haute Body Fitness was created. Suitable to all body types and all levels of fitness. I strive to create balance where there is imbalance in your body using the connection to the mind and body. The more connected we are the more we are in tune with the world around us. Using music, or the beauty of training outside the training is creative and nourishing inside and out. Emphasis is on developing long lean muscles and staying injury free. You will  love the way you look and more importantly how you feel. 

About Ava

Originally from New York trained  in classical ballet at an early age with some of the most highly reguarded teachers in the field.  She also studied modern and contemporary dance including the Martha Graham School where she studied on scholarship. As a university student with a dance concentration she studied the importance of anatomy,alignment and  cross training to stay injury free. She worked professionally with contemporary dance companies performing and creating works in NYC. While dancing, Ava became interested in fitness and began teaching various classes at boutique studios on Long Island.  In 2012 Ava moved to Israel.  She discovered that she truely loved working with others and turned all her attention to becoming a full time fitness instructor. She is a certified Pilates Mat Instructor (PSC, 2014) , Certified Zumba Instructor (ZIN member since 2011) and in 2017 completed her 200+HR yoga certificaton under Rachel Vilosny .  Using her knowledge of the body through healthy living, positivity and expressivity Ava encourages others to find what moves them. She teaches at various studios as a group fitness instructor in Tel Aviv and surrounding areas in addition to working with private clients.
